You are treated as honored guests while receiving tearoom history and etiquette. This is an authentic tearoom with a very relaxed atmosphere. The food courses include generous delicious servings of cucumber sandwiches, scones, pastries and of course tea. We will definitely return for more!" • Reviewed

Was given free glass of wine with meal, that was also offered to the other table dining at the same time. 5 -Star food preparation, delicious tea served professionally by extremely friendly servers. We were casually dressed but the atmosphere is high class. Decorations and furniture truly make you feel like you're in grand home. We have raved for others to experience The Tea Lady, very classy with home comfort."

Setting the scene...
The Tea Lady
As a little girl nestled in West Akron, with my two sisters and one brother in our cozy two story home, our parents would have various types of gatherings, parties, and just phenomenal outings, I enjoyed so much! It’s no wonder I love planning, creating and attending parties, and events.
My mother always had the table set. The dining room was the focus of her artistic skills, and I loved it! So much so, tablescapes became my passion, and I began exploring my childhood dream of tea parties in my home 6 years ago with my late husband Dennis C Baylor, an Executive Chef by trade. His food, and my settings would blow everyone away.
I’m proud to bring the joy of tea to all, young and seasoned.
